Its base plate is arranged in portrait mode to help simplify the positioning of the transfer objects, and the large adjustment range ensures a greater level of flexibility whether you’re pressing trousers, gym bags or hoodies. The TS7 Smart has a modular structure, plus a digital controller to enable the precise setting of temperature and time, thus providing a fully individualised ‘workhorse’, according to Secabo. “In combination with various heat plates and/or a thermobase, it can master even the most demanding tasks in garment finishing,” adds the company. The TS7 also features a Bluetooth interface, and gives users the option to control the press using the Secabo Smart Transfer App. Xpres: Texpress Roll-to-Roll Calender Press Xpres supplies calenders, dryers and heat presses ranging from entry-level and large-format to high-volume production systems. The entry-level Texpress Roll-to-Roll Calender Press is designed to be easy to use and quick to warm up for a relatively low cost. The Diferro range offers industrial grade, high-volume, oil-filled calenders in widths up to 3.2m and drum diameters up to 1,000mm. The UK-manufactured and supported Xpres tunnel dryers include the entry- level, two-metre tunnel dryer with a 700mm belt that runs on either gas or electric, and is capable of drying up to 120 direct-to-garment printed T-shirts per hour. The range is fully customisable, with belts up to 1,900mm wide and four-metre long tunnels. The 360 Fusion IQ has an independently controlled upper, as well as lower heated platen, which is designed to make it easier to apply patches and emblems.
