I-Sub: Roq You Automatic Press “The Roq You automatic press is the perfect set-up for all screen printers – both new and existing,” says i-Sub. “It has all the usual Roq qualities – simple to set up, reliable and cost effective.” The Roq You XL has a maximum print size of 50 x 70cm with the possibility to have up to 20 colours if required. The frequency drive rotation of the You range makes for a smooth and precise index, which i-Sub points out, “makes registration problems a thing of the past”. The Roq polychromatic central control panel governs all the functions, including accessories such as the RoqFlash, RoqFoil and RoqFlock. It has no pneumatics and is only single phase, making it a ‘plug and play’ machine that GPS says will complement other existing equipment in any print operation. It has a built-in vacuum light bed to enable accurate registration to be achieved between prints, and a maximum print area of 559 x 711mm, with the press said to average 200 sheets per hour. It is also, says GPS, the “perfect flat bed for printing DST transfers that combine digital with just one screen and one colour plastisol transfers”. Also from GPS is the Nano Printag that it says is the “world’s first all electrical, automatic, tagless label screen printing machine”. There are no pneumatics and so no compressor is needed for this high production machine that is built to meet the specifications of the customer.
