Only 34% said their colleagues dressed smartly enough already, and just 7% said they thought dressing comfortably or fashionably is more important than being perceived as professional. Seventy-seven percent agreed that dressing professionally means you are taken more seriously. Another survey also carried out in September 2018 by the London-based tailors found that 53% of those aged over 45 years think there should be an enforced dress code at work. 31.
