Mark Smith, sales director, comments: “Adelco is renowned the world over for our innovative, energy efficient and highly practical textile curing systems. We have added to our fleet of successful dryers the new Dual and the Digicure models. These two machines take our dryer range to another level, providing any size print house with the perfect dryer for curing all types of textile inks.” The double belt concept Dual was introduced at Fespa 2017 and is the highest production and most energy- efficient dryer in the world, according to the company. Adelco adds that the Dual is also “the most technically advanced dryer on the market”: it has separate heat chambers, airflow and exhaust for the top and bottom belts, which doubles throughput capabilities in both digital and conventional printing requirements without increasing the size of the dryer. “The devil is in the detail,” Mark explains. “The Dual boasts an advanced, balanced airflow system that incorporates high powered air jets and integrated vacuum to hold down garments on both levels. The built-in variable extraction system on both the in-feed and out-feed promises to maintain a cleaner working environment as well as maximising curing efficiency for heavily water- laden prints for both digital and screen prints. No other dryer on the market will cure digital inks in such high volumes with such a small footprint.” He continues: “Although new to the market, the Dual has had unprecedented attention, widespread acclaim and multiple installations across Europe, North America and the Middle East.” The new Digicure model complements Adelco’s range for small to medium-sized output, and provides a compact and affordable solution for those working within a restricted floor space and to a tight budget. “This space-saving hot-air conveyor textile dryer offers excellent value with superb curing ability for all textile ink systems. Again, with integrated extraction and exhaust, this economical model has all the high end features you’d expect from an Adelco product,” advises Mark. Adelco expands its textile-curing machinery range with new technically advanced and space-savings models Adelco These two machines take our dryer range to another level He continues: “Adelco has always concentrated on high airflow and efficient exhaust systems as the best medium for curing digital and screen inks with minimum effect to fabrics. The popularity of our dryers for Kornit printing systems and conventional water-based inks is a direct result of our reputation for supplying the most efficient dryers in both curing ability and low running costs. The Digicure provides such curing standards, but at a more affordable price, particularly for the Kornit Breeze and Storm II printer models and for those wanting an efficient dryer for curing other water-based, discharge and speciality textile inks.” The Digicure will make its debut at the P&P Live! show in January 2018 and Adelco is inviting visitors to pop along to its stand (J60) to check it out themselves. All Adelco dryers, including the new Dual, the Duplex and the standard range of Ecotex Plus dryers, are now fitted with internal exhaust hoods over the feed and exit sections of the oven to provide a cleaner working environment without having to add optional extraction hoods and exhaust connections. www.adelco.co.uk Adelco describes the Dual as “the most technically advanced dryer on the market” The new Digicure from Adelco is aimed at small to medium size operations
