PF EMBROIDERY www.images-magazine.com 78 images MARCH 2019 The latest development to the Merlin Pro range of embroidery machines from GS UK is that the GS-1504 four-head and GS-1506 six-head machines are now available with 15 needles. “The addition of 15 needles is a great facility to have for those more colourful designs, but also is a great production aid,” explains GS UK. “It ensures you can have more ‘core’ colours permanently threaded up on the machine, meaning less swapping of threads – this can streamline your operation, leading to less downtime.” The machines also have modifications to the machine heads and tables, adds the company. In addition, all the Merlin machines include a large touchscreen and Intel Quad Micro PC with Windows 10, Merlin Controller Software and Monogram Maestro Software.
