YES: Ricoma CHT2 Series 12- Head Embroidery Machine Now available from YES is the all-new Ricoma CHT2 Series Multi-Head Embroidery Machine. “Ricoma’s mission was to develop a technology you can trust to get the job done quickly and seamlessly the first time around – the perfect combination of simplicity and efficiency,” explains YES. “The newly launched CHT2 Embroidery Machine Series is Ricoma’s most innovative multi-head embroidery machine yet. This extremely versatile solid embroidery machine was developed to make embroidery on flats, caps and plenty of other finished garments faster and easier than ever. With more machine power than ever before, you can now maximise your production efficiency with up to 12 heads.” Each head carries a standard 406mm by 457mm embroidery area, making it easy to embroider larger designs and garments such as jackets and bags. To ensure the highest quality with every stitch, Ricoma has introduced a new dual-timing belt system and new servo-driven pantograph drive system that YES says enables smoother transition and movement; this stability ensures the CHT2 Series is its quietest multi-head embroidery machine yet. The higher torque gives the CHT2 the power and steadiness to stitch through complex designs at a maximum speed of 1000spm without compromising quality, explains the company. “With a memory capacity of 50 million stitches, the CHT2 hosts the perfect combination of quality and efficiency that every embroiderer needs to grow his or her business,” says YES. Currently available as a 12-head, with 4-, 6- and 8-heads following soon, each Ricoma CHT2 Series embroidery machine comes equipped with multiple hoops and a wide- angle cap system as standard. www.yesltd.co.uk www.images-magazine.com 78 images APRIL 2018 EMBROIDERY EQUIPMENT Stocks Embroidery & Sewing Solutions: ZSK Sprint 7 Stocks Embroidery & Sewing Solutions introduced the first ZSK 18-needle industrial embroidery machine, the Sprint 7, to the UK market at the beginning of the year. “As the sole UK supplier for ZSK, Stocks were proud to be introducing the innovative new machine to the embroidery industry,” says the company. “Adapted from the much loved ZSK Sprint 6, the Sprint 7 includes all of the same features, with an extra six needles.” Stocks says its customers are excited about this new launch as it means fewer colour changes for those running many different designs, as well as making life easier for those who create complex designs with more than 12 colours. The Sprint 7 has a maximum embroidery area of 400mm x 300mm and is said to be able to run at a maximum speed of 1200spm (1000spm for caps). It includes what Stocks says is one of the industry’s slimmest tubular arms, measuring at 44.3mm x 43mm, allowing embroidery on the tight or small garments. www.stocks.co.uk The new Ricoma CHT2 Series 12-Head Embroidery Machine is now available from YES The new ZSK Sprint 7 from Stocks
