The first product to be launched based on this revolutionary technology is a groundbreaking attachment for embroidery machines. Requiring only one reel of thread, Coloreel will bring the industry to a new level, allowing freedom to create unique embroideries without limitations in the use of colours.” Coloreel allows embroiderers to dye white thread any colour that they want, eliminating the need to buy multiple different thread colours and opening the door to creative colour blend effects. The Coloreel Embroline attachment is a standalone unit that works with all types of embroidery machines. The company comments: “After the colouring process, the special Coloreel Embroline thread has comparable quality levels as today’s pre- coloured embroidery thread, and the finished embroidery is ready to be used without any post-processing.” It adds: “The production speed with this attachment will usually be higher than with today’s technology since the machine does not have to stop to cut the thread.” The company points out that technology used in the Embroline attachment for embroidery machines can be used with any textile thread.
