The hoodies come in four colourways and sizes XS-3XL, have doubled-lined hoods for warmth and are made from a polyester/cotton blend. Harvey is now a fully trained engineer and drives one of the new vans Snickers has boosted its hoodies line-up with two new styles BTC Group merges with Geiger UK distributor BTC Group announced on Monday 19 March that it had merged with US distributor Geiger. The newly formed company is called Geiger BTC Group. Frank Murphy, who was managing director of BTC Group and will continue in the role at Geiger BTC Group, said: "Our team is excited to be part of the expanding Geiger global network. We have known each other for years and have worked together on many projects. Because our companies have similar cultures and each bring unique strengths, this formal joining of companies will enable us to better provide the enhanced services that multi-national customers are requiring of their business partners." Geiger CEO Gene Geiger added: "We can already see we will learn a great deal from the talented team at BTC Group. Moreover, Geiger BTC Group will become the launching pad to support our growth in Europe and beyond. This is really a case of one plus one equalling three and more." Hayes-based BTC Group has 55 staff, while Geiger, which is based in Maine, US, has 335 employees and 400 independent sales people. www.btcgroup.co.uk In February 2018, Alantra Private Equity and Magnum Industrial Partners announced they had reached an agreement to acquire 88% of Portuguese screen print machine manufacturer Roq; the deal completed on 19 March. Both now hold a 44% stake in the company, with the remaining 12% retained by Roq's management team. Alex Taylor, who works in machinery sales for i-Sub, the UK distributor of Roq, said: "This will have no effect on UK supply and will only benefit Roq ongoing – they are launching new machinery very soon. Mr. Manuel Sá, as CEO, will continue to lead Roq to ensure the correct direction of the company will be met."
