Favourite colour: Glitter pink, for the sparkle in life. www.personalisedwarehouse.co.uk Epson introduces Cloud Solution Port for digital textile printers Epson has launched Cloud Solution Port, a cloud-based printer management system for digital textile printers. The new platform supports Epson large-format and commercial printers, and can be accessed from multiple devices including PCs, smartphones and tablets. “Customers will be able to monitor printers across several locations, from the production floor or remotely, using configurable dashboards with clear graphics to analyse productivity and receive operational updates about the print jobs, ink levels and maintenance status – minimising downtime and disruption to print runs,” explained the company. Supported Epson models include the SC-F3000 and SC-F10000, with further models and services to be added over the coming months. It’s available for free with the printer, and is accessed via its own portal. imagesmag.uk/Epson- CloudSolutionPort Scorpion Sportswear wins Ricoh Ri 100 DTG printer competition The winner of Ricoh UK’s ‘Win with Ricoh’ competition is Scorpion Sportswear. The Coventry-based company won a new Ricoh Ri 100 direct-to-garment printer package, which includes the Ricoh Ri 100 printer, print tray, heat tray and a full set of CMYK inks. Marc Lord, manager at Scorpion Sportswear, which supplies bespoke sports kit and branded leisurewear as well as producing workwear as part of the C R Walter Group, said: “We are delighted to have won the Ricoh Ri 100 DTG printer. It will be a great addition to our existing in-house print capabilities for personalising clothing, tote bags and promotional garments.
