Each issue, one reader tells us why they rate a particular product Marion Mort, director at Choice Workwear in Mold, Flintshire, says her favourite garment to decorate is the Classic Hooded Sweatshirt (UC502) from Uneek Clothing. “It offers a great space for a large back embroidery, and for designs on the front left breast or centre — it was perfect for this large, embroidered Gibson Motorhome back logo.” The UC502 offers a versatile, smart casual option, adds Marion. “We use it as our regular go-to for all business sectors too, as there’s a huge range of 22 colours with sizes ranging from XS-6XL — both the colour range and larger size options give our clients great scope to kit out their whole workforce. “And with a wash temperature of 60°C, we find even our most mucky landscapers and builders love these hoodies!” And Marion’s top tip for great embroidery on the UC502? “Use a good backing product, as this will hold even the smallest stitches perfectly”. www.choiceworkwear.wales READERS’ CHOICE Workwear Express outfits Covid-19 vaccination volunteers Workwear Express has provided uniforms and personal protective equipment (PPE) to volunteers administering the coronavirus vaccinations across the UK. The workwear, PPE and promotional clothing supplier in Durham has outfitted more than 200,000 vaccination volunteers in the UK in partnership with St. John’s Ambulance and Royal Voluntary Service. “When the Covid-19 pandemic hit over a year ago, we knew we had the ability to provide very real support to key workers and NHS staff,” explained Steven Curran, CEO of Workwear Express. “Not only were our operations in prime position to supply PPE directly from our UK warehouses, but we also had a strong drive to do our part in the best way we knew how. “This vaccination feels like a landmark moment for all of us. Outfitting the individuals of St. John’s Ambulance and Royal Voluntary Service administering the vaccines is truly one of the proudest moments of our 31-year history.” imagesmag.uk/WE-vaccine- volunteers Sign & Digital UK postponed to March 2022 Sign & Digital UK (SDUK) will now be held from 22-24 March 2022 at the Birmingham NEC. Originally scheduled for 16-18 May 2021, this year’s proposed show dates were no longer feasible due to the government’s on-going coronavirus restrictions, explained Jenny Matthew, event director for SDUK. “As always, our aim is to deliver the best exhibitor and visitor experience. We’ve consulted widely with our SDUK community, who want to see us stay in our early spring date in line with their buying and innovation cycles. “We will therefore host the industry’s biggest reunion next March at a time when we are confident that we can deliver an exceptional trade-show experience for our exhibitors, sponsors and visitors.” To enquire about exhibiting or sponsorship opportunities, please contact the show team at signanddigitaluk@fav- house.com. imagesmag.uk/SDUK-2022 Uneek’s Classic Hooded Sweatshirt is a great option for large back embroidery, says Marion Workwear Express has equipped more than 200,000 volunteers with uniform and PPE
